An ALREADY ACTIVE Illinois license and active IL DEA and CSR are highly preferred, the group will consider those with the IMLC LOQ already in hand. 40% Clinic w/ 30-minute consult intervals and -minute returns. 60% GI procedure lab w/ length of scheduled procedure based on average of last 30 cases.
