The facility has call rooms, apartment Hours: 8A-9P or 7P-8A Annual ER volume 7,900 EMR is EPIC Facility is Level 4 trauma Typical timeline for credentialing is 90 days Support Staff/Services: In house Hospitalist always staffed. Hospitalists are responsible for admissions Sanford one call for e-backup available, Amwell for Neuro consults, Peds provider and general surgeon on call 24/7 Radiology in house 7am - 11pm (on call with 20-minute response time from 11pm - 7am) Transfers: Sanford Fargo or Altru in Grand Forks, ND Life Certifications needed: ACLS, ATLS or CALS w/ trauma module (waive for ABEM and can demonstrate having at one time) MN License COVID-19 vaccination required Stroke certifications required NPDB report required with presentation
