Job Description Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Dietitian at Boulder Community Health in Boulder, CO.    Schedule: Onsite, Monday- Friday. No Weekends!  The Outpatient Dietitian provides outpatient medical nutrition therapy in a primary care setting to teens, adults and geriatric population.  Provides chronic disease management and prevention for diagnoses including but not limited to obesity, overweight, cardiac disease, diabetes, renal disease, gastro-intestinal disease, and malnutrition.    Uses technology tools, approved nutrition resources, and patient centered evidenced based guidelines to support patient care and goals.  Works collaboratively with Obesity Medicine Specialist, Primary Care Providers, and other related Medical Providers.  Plans and administer activities related to patient nutrition care, complying with the standards established by Aramark, regulatory agencies, and clients.
