We are seeking a clinical pharmacist to join our team as an Emergency Department Boarder Clinical Pharmacist. As a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, this position offers the opportunity to practice in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for patients admitted through the Emergency Department while working closely with the Emergency Department Medication History Technician team to optimize transitions of care and medication management. The pharmacist will also support Emergency Department clinical pharmacists and inpatient teams, with opportunities to cross-cover the ICU service as operational needs arise.
