This position works in the Ambulatory Float Pool as a Clinical Practice Assistant Lead, and is assigned to departments that are short staffed. Assignments typically are 90 days. The CPA Lead also serves as an assessor for Ambulatory's MA Skills Competency program and should be comfortable training and providing feedback to others. The Float Pool is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in different Ambulatory specialty departments and enhance individual skills.
