Intensivist is sought for expanding program on Long Island. Lead the interdisciplinary team in the comprehensive care of admitted cardiothoracic patients, in a dedicated closed CTICU. Facility has full Cardiac Program with EP lab and Open-Heart Surgeons on staff. Team consists of dedicated CTICU nurses, physician assistants and nurse practitioners Employed by an award-winning hospital system, the position will offer a competitive base compensation of $350,000+ based on training and experience plus an extensive benefits package. The department covers all aspects of the multi-disciplinary care of trauma patients from the time of injury through discharge and takes a lead role for critical care. 2 positions available they are looking for a staff Trauma surgeons and someone that can be the director of a SICU fellowship program.
