Minimum Requirements
Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required prior to start. Proficiency with HCHB and OASIS required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience delivering in‑home physical therapy, including comprehensive evaluations, home safety assessments, and development of individualized Plans of Care.
