Overview To actively coordinate, on a day-to-day basis, the provision of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the patients of CMC, in compliance with federal and state legal/regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards. Overview Monitors drug therapy to improve patient outcome and quality of care, recommends rational and cost-effective pharmacotherapeutic alternatives and provides accurate and efficient medication distribution.  Implements and evaluates nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens.
