Provides clinical psychosocial intervention, including crisis intervention, individual, couples and family counseling, support groups, and short-term bereavement therapy. Coordinates patient care through the continuum, facilitating the achievement of optimal quality outcomes in relation to clinical care and cost-effectiveness.
