JOB OBJECTIVE SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include:  Provides physical therapy services as prescribed by consumer’s physician for adults and adolescents with head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, general orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and/or neurological behavioral issues.
