Supervisory Responsibilities:   None Duties/Responsibilities: Uses only approved abbreviations. Understands patient safety goals & actions taken. Uses 2 patient identifiers before giving treatments, demonstrates process. Understands read back of verbal orders/critical lab values & can state process.
