Looking for an enthusiastic and innovative part- time or full-time physical therapist to join a growing rehabilitation department based in a rural Critical Access Hospital and Outpatient Clinic.   Duties include: providing, planning and organizing PT services to the community and surrounding areas including CAH, outpatients, school (optional), supervising PTA and RCA and working in a multidisciplinary team environment including PT/OT/ST, providers and nursing staff. Experience an asset but not essential.  New grads welcome.  Therapy Functions: Review requests for physical  therapy and physicians' orders. Evaluate type of therapy most desirable after consulting with physician. Provide effective and efficient evaluation and treatment and modify as needed.
