Job Summary The Supervisor Rehabilitation Therapy is a working team member who is also responsible for providing leadership and oversight to a team of rehabilitation staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, certified occupational therapy assistants, physical therapist assistants, rehab aides and other rehab team members. Rehab CNA   The Warren Center is seeking a Rehab CNA   We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus!!
