Overview Provides technical support to the lab by receiving/processing requisitions/specimens and ordering specified lab tests according to standard operating procedures.  Responds to phone requests and enters lab test data into computer. Qualifications Education:  High School diploma or GED required. Education preferred: Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 semester hours of chemistry and 6 semester hours of biology preferred.  License, certification and/or registration: MLA certification from a nationally recognized credentialing agency (i.e. ASCP or AMT) preferred Experience:  Previous work experience strongly preferred.
