Overview The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Therapy Call Center Team Lead. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Therapy Call Center Team Lead is responsible for training and supporting new Therapy Call Center employees while ensuring efficient daily operations at TOC Therapy in Huntsville, Alabama. This position provides hands-on training in patient scheduling, incoming and outgoing calls, referral management, and coordination of therapy services across all TOC locations.
