Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required. Experience providing care to geriatric patient populations, including restorative and maintenance programs.
