Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred. Experience with outpatient-type modalities and documentation for SNF populations preferred. Ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care and post-acute patients.
