Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Scheduled workdays include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with travel between skilled nursing facilities.
