Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in inpatient, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing facility, long term care, and outpatient settings Ability to perform PT evaluations and treatments in ER, ICU, Med/Surg, SNF, and outpatient environments Assignment Details Monday through Friday schedule. Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. Flexibility with work hours may be required. Saturday availability is required.
