Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred. Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Willingness to split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota is required.
