Apply Job Type Full-time Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides directly or assists program staff in completion of the health and behavior screening, counseling and referral. If indicated, provides further psycho-social assessment, including diagnosis, treatment plan, and individual therapy to patients in outpatient setting. Provides education or assists staff in developing education sessions on stress and anger management. Determines tools to be used for screening /assessing anxiety and depression, determines criteria to be used to assist staff in referring patients for further health and behavior services.
