Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support resident-centered rehabilitation in our long-term and post-acute care community. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will help evaluate residents' functional abilities, carry out individualized treatment plans, and train residents in ADLs, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment. You'll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate families to promote safety and independence.
