    This positions is PRN Job Summary:   Provides quality respiratory care utilizing knowledge, professional judgement and standard principles in cardiopulmonary to promote and maintain health for patients of all ages in accordance with physician orders. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assists patient to accomplish treatment plan and supports life by administering inhalants; operating mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, environmental control systems and aerosol generators. Evaluates effectiveness of respiratory therapy treatment plan by observing, documenting, and evaluating patient’s progress; recommending adjustments and modifications to the plan. Documents patient care services by charting in electronic medical record and other department systems.
