Apply Description Performs a variety of technical tasks associated with the localization of tumors and the administration of radiation to patients, predominately adult and geriatric, as prescribed by the physician.  Participates in treatment planning, custom block and immobilization device design and fabrication, dosimetry calculations and quality control and assurance.  Assists in training of support personnel.  Has full access to patient health information. Apply Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Medical Social Worker provides directly or assists program staff in completion of the health and behavior screening, counseling and referral. If indicated, provides further psycho-social assessment, including diagnosis, treatment plan, and individual therapy to patients in outpatient setting. Provides education or assists staff in developing education sessions on stress and anger management.
