JOB SUMMARY The MRI Technologist at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for performing MRI procedures in compliance with physicians' orders and department policies, which includes patient screening, explanation of exams, and IV injections for contrast studies. This position requires strong leadership skills to cross-train other technologists and manage daily schedules efficiently, excellent human relations skills to interact with patients, families, departments, and physicians, and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth patient flow and adherence to policies and procedures.
