PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates proficient clinical skills in the scrub role. Demonstrates ability to scrub on a wide range of procedures. Demonstrates solid knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the handling of instruments/equipment in the OR and aseptic technique. Demonstrates openness to learning scrub techniques for new procedures and new instrumentation/equipment and receiving feedback concerning clinical skills.
