Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Lead Technologist Radiology (Mammography) is to work with the Manager Breast Imaging Center to coordinate schedules, and to help to supervise the daily operation of Breast Imaging services. Emphasis is on: Overseeing, meeting and documenting the American College of Radiology (ACR) Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) standards as regulated by the Federal Drug Administration. Oversees all details for submission of each piece of mammography equipment requiring accreditation with Regulatory and the ACR. Provides healthcare services by using medical imaging techniques and technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
