Job Summary: Must have positive people skills and a can do attitude. Plan, layout and perform a wide variety of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry maintenance and installation of all types of equipment. Monitor the needed maintenance for the area(s) assigned. Perform corrective maintenance necessary to complete maintenance requests. Follow-up and initiate necessary actions needed to ensure that "all" needs for maintenance are met in a timely manner. Provide key personnel and area supervisor(s) the current status of all maintenance request(s) in a timely manner. Monitor any contract work in assigned area (s) to ensure work is accomplished properly and clean up is complete. Maintain any related documentation required; thus ensuring all maintenance requests are tracked properly. Troubleshoot, and maintain all systems within assigned area(s).
