JOB REQUIREMENTS Education A high school diploma or the equivalent preferred. Participation in program for the operating room and/or sterile processing department is desirable. All new employees must obtain certification within 18 months of accepting employment. Initial expenses for certification will be the responsibility of the employee. The employee’s expenses will be reimbursed after successful completion of test with a service repayment of 12 months post completion of test. Experience Sterile processing department and/or operating room processing experience preferred. On-the-job training will be provided. 90 days required for training.
