Responsible for taking inventory and ordering equipment. Responsible for maintaining instruction for use of instrumentation and equipment used for sterilization processes. Responsible for maintaining Hazardous Materia list for the department.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  Decontaminates and/or sterilizes instruments, medical supplies, and equipment.   Assembles, wraps, and sterilizes trays of instruments for the health system.   Follows proper precautions for indicated work based on hospital policy.  Monitors biological and chemical wash solutions to ensure quality and consistency for decontamination of instruments and medical...
