Location/Dept:  Hospital - ER PRN Job Summary: Performs patient care for ESD patients under the direction of the ESD RN or physician.   Supervisory Responsibilities:   None   Duties/Responsibilities: Reports sentinel events or adverse drug reactions or incidents as warranted. Handles telecommunications (phone, paging, faxing, announcing codes, etc.) timely & efficiently. Performs short form registrations timely & efficiently with minimal errors made.  Appropriate processes completed. Uses 2 patient identifiers before giving treatments, illustrates process.
