* This is a per-diem position being offered as a LEVEL 3 contract only which requires working 216 hours per 6 weeks schedule (36 hours/week). Must be able to work at any perioperative site and proficiently scrub at least 4 services, excluding CT & Transplant. Must cover two “late” days per pay period.
