Laboratory Medical Technician (MLT) or Technologist (MT/MLS) (As Needed/PRN) Performs diagnostic procedures on various types of specimens utilizing effective quality control measures. Functions in all areas of the laboratory including: chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunohematology. Collects specimens using defined collection guidelines. Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots sophisticated computerized equipment. PRN or as needed: hours would vary according to the need in the department. No set schedule or benefits.

Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Cardiovascular Technician position is to provide direct patient care, perform as a scrub person during Cath Lab procedures, perform hemodynamic and physiologic monitoring, assist in the preparation of the procedural room and set-up of table and equipment for procedures, under the direction and supervision of a Physician and Registered Nurse. Responsibilities What You’ll Do   Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular department. Act as a scrub person during Cath Lab procedures.
