Plan, layout and perform a wide variety of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry maintenance and installation of all types of equipment. Monitor the needed maintenance for the area(s) assigned. Perform corrective maintenance necessary to complete maintenance requests. Follow-up and initiate necessary actions needed to ensure that "all" needs for maintenance are met in a timely manner.
