The Program Director of the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program is directly accountable to the Designated Institutional Officer (DIO) and the Chair at the training site where they are primarily based/employed. The Program Director will be provided with the required protected, non-clinical time dedicated to administration of the program. The Fellowship is a three-year, six fellow program with initial accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). RESPONSIBILITIES 75% Clinical / 25% Academic Ensure the program's compliance with institutional policies and procedures and ACGME requirements Oversee and ensure the quality of didactic and clinical education, develop and review program curricula, and monitor fellow supervision at all participating sites.
