HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a Behavioral Health group with their search for a full-time Care Coordinator/Clinician to join their team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 year of experience working with children, adolescents and families. This position leads the Family Team and collaborates closely with the members of the Family Team to engage the family.
