Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for June 29 & 30 and July 1, 2, & 6 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic in Columbia, PA. Provider will see employees for Occupational Medicine injuries and issues and pre-employment and return to work physicals. Clinic services include vaccines & lab administration, drug screens and breath alcohol testing, lift testing, hearing conservation program, pulmonary function testing, respiratory fit testing, & work injury/exposure care. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Staffing also includes 2 Medical Assistants, 1 2nd shift LPN, 1 3rd shift LPN/EMT, and 1 part-time Physical Therapist. Our client's Heart and Vascular intensive care unit (HVICU) is looking for a Part Time or Full Time Advanced Practitioner to join their health care delivery team. The HVICU is a 20-bed unit. They provide care for patients undergoing cardiac and vascular procedures, including coronary artery bypass, valve replacement and complex aortic procedures. In addition, they provide a variety of mechanical support options to patients experiencing cardiogenic shock and acute respiratory distress syndrome. The team is composed of intensivists, anesthesia residents, and advanced practice providers.
