Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)/ Physician Asst. (PA) Urgent Care (PRN/As Needed) Job Summary: PA/NP works in collaboration with a physician evaluating patients in the Urgent Care office setting. The Advanced Care Provider performs comprehensive health assessments including history and physical, procedures, places orders, interprets diagnostic and radiology tests, prescribes and reconciles medications, formulates a diagnosis and treatment plan, adheres to the quality metrics, and discharges patients with appropriate instructions or arranges transfer to a higher level of care as needed. This role includes the promotion of wellness, prevention of complications, and management of acute and chronic conditions. MUST provide excellent customer service at all times. Position is as needed with variable hours between Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
