About the Position A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in northwest Connecticut is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join its growing primary care team. This organization provides comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages, with a strong commitment to improving access to quality care for underserved populations. There is also a 24-hour/week opportunity in nearby Winsted , with the potential to grow into a full-time position as patient volume increases. The ideal candidate will have experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in a Community Health Center, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Department setting.
