Provider will see employees for Occupational Medicine injuries and issues and pre-employment and return to work physicals. Provider will see employees for acute episodic care and Occupational Medicine needs. Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm.
