Scope of practice will include: Comprehensive Patient Evaluations: Conduct detailed clinical histories and targeted physical exams for new and returning outpatient nephrology patients. Chronic Disease Supervision: Formulate, implement, and adjust evidence-based management plans for patients across all stages of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD Stages 15). Hypertension Management: Diagnose and treat primary and secondary hypertension, including multi-drug regimens for resistant hypertension.
