About the Position We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) either a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established, mission-driven community health clinic located in Hood River, Oregon . This role is ideal for a provider passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-based environment.
