The organization delivers advanced, clinic-level vascular care directly within nursing homes, allowing patients to receive high-quality treatment in a familiar environment. This role involves providing personalized bedside care, reducing the need for patient transport while ensuring comprehensive vascular services—from routine assessments to advanced procedures.
