The Immunotherapy Toxicity Management Program (iTox) Consult Physician Assistant (“iTox Consult PA”) will be part of the solid tumor consult team at Dana-Farber and will work closely with ambulatory and inpatient iTox teams. The primary responsibility of this role will be working with the iTox consult attending physicians to staff and manage inpatient iTox consults. The iTox Consult PA will serve as the key contact for iTox consult requests and will partner closely with the iTox attending and the requesting team to communicate recommendations and support care coordination. They will continue to follow consult patients through their admission until discharge, including follow-up on clinical data, coordination of care, and communication with patients and families to support continuity of care.
