From routine vascular assessments to advanced procedures, our team ensures comprehensive, high-quality care for all our patients. Primary Vascular Care is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform on-site clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents of client facilities. This position reports to the Lead Nurse Practitioner. The NP/PA will work in a mobile practice, primarily serving a long-term care setting.
