Piedmont Pulmonary and Sleep Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Outpatient Newnan Piedmont Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join the Piedmont Pulmonary and Sleep office in Newnan. This is a full-time outpatient position focusing on sleep medicine patients with the occasional pulmonary patient. Key Responsibilities: Ambulatory care responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Functions as an independent provider in a busy outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine office with MDs available to assist in evaluating complex patients as needed. Takes patient histories, conducts physical examinations, writes progress notes, and develops appropriate treatment plans. Orders and interprets laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures including Home Sleep Tests, In-lab Polysomnography, Chest X-rays, Chest CTs, and Pulmonary Function testing.
