Job Description The Opportunity: Saint Luke's is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Nurse to serve at Saint Luke's South Hospital. This part-time position will give you the opportunity to help patients and families at a very vulnerable time, supporting them through their goals of care and symptom management needs. You will be a part of a palliative care team that will work together to provide support to medical professionals in managing hospital inpatients or those benefiting from comfort care measures.
