We are seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Palliative Care physician to join our team at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center . The physician will provide compassionate, family-centered care to infants, children, adolescents, and their families facing serious, chronic, or life-limiting illnesses. Responsibilities include symptom management, facilitating goals-of-care discussions, and supporting families through complex medical decision-making. The physician will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team that includes a nurse practitioner, child life specialist, social workers, and chaplain, caring for patients across inpatient, outpatient, and hospice settings. Full-time annual salary range is $281,339 to $290,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $33,250 . Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
