Job Description: This position provides therapy services to patients of all ages, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to improve patients’ abilities to their highest possible level. This position provides services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal clinical and financial outcomes, under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician.
