Building Location: Park Rapids Clinic Department: 3251800 FAMILY PRACTICE - PRK Job Description: Essentia Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse of Certified Medical Assistant to serve in our family practice at our Park Rapids Clinic in Park Rapids, Minnesota. This LPN or CMA works 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Typically this employee will work three days a week, but is a flex employee who may be required to increase or decrease their schedule without notice. No holiday or on-call rotations are required, but two Saturday shifts will be required every six months. Education Qualifications: Education as required for licensure. This LPN or CMA works 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Typically this employee will have one weekday off, but this is a flex position. Hours may be flexed upward or downward without notice based on the needs of the facility. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations are required. A $2500 sign-on incentive is available.
